Professionally, I have worked in the education sector for over 24 years developing skills in content development, learning theory, leadership, and mentoring. During this time, I have earned various certifications, been involved in trainings, course design, and curriculum development. I have been involved in project management tasks as well as developed effective communication skills.

Personally, I have a passion for health and fitness. I have a love for Pilates and strive to live life to the fullest. I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling to new places.
